Where are Heinrich Alspach's remains?

FindAGrave Memorial #14050732 has a picture of a new marker at the Alspach-Boving Cemetery in Fairfield County, Ohio, that has the usually accepted dates for our ancestor Heinrich Reinhardt Alspauch (1739-1822). A photo of this same stone appears under Old Betzer cemetery as Memorial#3140119 (taken by another person). Old Betzer also has an older stone in Old Betzer, which I can't find now but thought applied. My understanding has been that he was buried in Old Betzer, but I am now confused. Where are his remains and the stone? Both places? Or are these the same cemetery with different names? Is there anyone out there who can help?
