Grace "B" a.2
Son George H purchased property in Durham,NH in 1873. As he was single for most of his life, perhaps his parents moved here and lived with him. I have found no land deeds pertaining to William H, so probably only rented.
1881 Durham Town Report: The poll tax of 1879 for William H ($.85) was abated in this year, a good indication that he had died prior to this.
Notes for Eurania Jane Richards:
There are many variations of her name, including Urana, Urania, and Emania (used middle name Jane on 1870 census), and her birth place has been seen as Lewiston and Livermore, Maine, and Middleton,NH. As her birth in NH is seen the majority of times, it is that I'll stick with at this time.
There is a birth rec of a female born 2 Mar 1868 (probably Grace) to William and "Emania", their 10th child. If number is correct, then one still needs to be found, who probably was born and died in between census years.
In Strafford County Deeds, v.247,p.242, dated 1 Mar 1870 (and filed 11 Mar.), Urana J Amazeen of Greenland (she signed as Euranna), wife of William H, Mary A Meloon of Ports (wife of Henry A), and S. Maria Nutter of Ports (wife of Henry), sold their share of estate of John Tuttle of Dover, the before mentioned "as heirs of Amy Richards who was sister of said John Tuttle". The three husbands signed in right of their wives as well.

Notes for George H Amazeen:
George H Amazeen "of Greenland" first purchased land in Durham,NH on 6 June 1873 from Anna Woodsum, only about an acre "by the old road leading from the village to railroad station" <Strafford Co Deeds v.254,p.155>. He purchased 30 more acres in this vicinity in 1881 and 1888, and a blacksmith shop in 1889. An 1892 map of Durham shows where he had lived, near where the B+M Railroad crossed over the main road into Durham. Most, if not all, of this land was sold to the NH College of Agriculture and Mechanical Arts, now UNH, in 1923.
1878 Durham town report: George H. was paid $10.- for 17 turkeys killed by "damage by dogs"

Notes for Emma Fanny Amazeen:
Birthplace for Emma listed as Greenland on son William's 2nd marr rec. As there are several errors on this, this too probably another. Family was in Portsmouth at time of her birth; at time of her wedding, however, I believe her family was then living in Greenland, prob. where this originated.
On 1860 Portsmouth census, there is an "Abba M" age 2, but no Emma. In 1870, Emma F is now 13, so this would be her. There is now an Abba M at age 7, but this is Mary A.
