simmons, ichabod, wf. urania, ma. line, W24971, soldier was born in 1761 at duxbury, ma. and in 1782 he moved to readfield, ma. (me.) and in 1824 he moved to kingfield in kennebec co. me. where he applied 30july 1832. soldier married uriana holmes in jan. 1783 at duxbury, ma. and she was born there 29 aug 1760. soldier died 20 jan. 1833 at kingfield me. and his widow applied there 12 feb. 1839. soldier and widow's children were; moses 19 july 1784 at readfield, and he married there to betsy hayward on 10 sept 1809, lydia 28 aug 1787 and she married samuel walton, 2 jan. 1812, zerujah 22 jan. 1790 and died 16 jan. 1834 at mt. vernon, samuel 20 sept. 1792 and died 23 feb 1814 at st. andrews in the prov of __ ?__, daniel, 20 april 1795 and patty 15 sept 1797, all the children were born at readfield. it was stated the guardian of hannah ennis rec'd finl payment and was paid 4 march 1841 but i failed to see the relationship to hannah ennis.
