My SAR contact sent this info:
"I have Dan Throop, Patriot, b. 1748 Ct, D. 1833 Mi, Wife Amy Barnes, Son Dan Throop Jr., Serve Capt CT Line, ANC # 044659, Mi #01412, by Max De Witt Harris, These are old but they will look them up." By they he means the SAR however as far as I know they don't do look ups. You can purchase a copy of a man's approved application from them.
