my name is jean,
I have a bit of a mountain to climb...
My 7x G.Grandmother Susanna Simonswas born 1796 in Vilvoorde she married a gunner in the Royal Horse Artillery whilst he was fighting at Waterloo... I have a letter dated 1951 telling how they met and got married in a little church in Vilvoorde... my problem is trying to make out Susannah's mothers name on her death cert....
Mother--- Anna Dannoi/ Dannaice/Domnic
Father--- Paul Simons Blacksmith from Chelmitz,Hungary
any help would be much appreciated pointing me to a any sight where i might find any info on her parents marriage ,death, without having to travel to Belgium at the moment
