Barking up wrong tree?

I was going to reply to a gal in the Denmark forum who asked how to sort all the Jensens in Denmark by saying it would be as easy to sort all the sons of Jens in Denmark as it would be to sort all the sons of John in the U.S., for Jens means John. Bells went off. I asked myself, "Should I be seeking the family of Jens Peder Jensen or the family of John Peter Jensen?" Perhaps the current family knows J. P. Jensen only as John P. Jensen. So here I am again, folks, trying to find the family of Troels Christian's brother J. P. who was born April 25, 1847 to Jens Andersen and Kirsten Jensdatter in Vroue, Fjends, Viborg, Denmark. Ring any bells for you? Sure hope so. Sooner or later there has to be a connection! -Sylvia
