Seeking Information on Erich and Manette Andersen

Hi: I know this is a long shot, but here goes. I am seeking information on Erich and Manette Andersen (I am not sure if those are spelled correctly--my mother-in-law pronounces the name mahNETTee). Erich and Manette were supposedly married in Wyoming before making their way to Orting, Washington. They were farmers. Manette was Native American and this is the real question--what tribe was she from? Erich made his way across the continent through Canada and dropped down to Wyoming where he and Manette married, but we don't know if she was from Wyoming or if she had been traveling with Erich for a while or anything. This all occurred in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Any help/guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
