Hello Rosemary,

I tried emailing you directly, but the email was unknown.

I've been researching my family tree for some years now. Anglada was my great grandfathers surname and I traced this surname going back to Menorca in the Balearic Islands as well. My link is Juan Anglada Moll who was born in Menorca I think in 1808. He left Menorca for Cuba via Puerto Rico. We think he may have settled in Puerto Rico for many years as we only have record of him taking the passenger ship Vigilante from Puerto Rico to Cuba in 1851. Then records show that he had a daughter in Cuba in 1856 (Rita Maria Amalia Anglada Perez de Medina). Anyway, let me know if this info helps or if their is a connection, maybe your info can help me.
