Judy,

I sent a previous email to you regarding my relationship to the Ankeny's. Scott Wayne Ankeny is my father. Thomas Aubrey Ankeny and Carrie Elizabeth Stroud Ankney his parents. I had questioned my mother about how many children Thomas and Carrie had because my father had told us there were seven brothers and 1 daughter. My mother confirmed this. She told me several of the children did not live either from birth or to young adult, i'm not sure. My father was born in 1927 so Ralph would have been fourteen at my father's birth. I do have a picture of Thomas and Carrie as well as a few pictures of my father. Carrie was 39 years old when she gave birth to my father. My dad told us that she passed away when he was in his late teens (around 18). I know of several other relatives. There is a Lloyd Ankeny in Oregon. I went to school with his daughter Jane in southern California. Lloyd has a sister who lives in Australia. My mother doesn't recall her name. I have an older sister and a younger brother. My brother, Cary Scott Ankeny, has met Lloyd and Lloyd's sister when he went to Australia. I have not found any information on Thomas Aubrey Ankeny. If you have any information I would love to know about it. Thanks, Ashley
