Hi Warren - I live in Dallas, Texas. One of my Norman grandfathers from Duffield married an Annable. I didn't find his wife, Ellin Annable on your website. I think her father was William Annable. Would please check your records to see if you have them listed in your family records?
• John Norman b. Sept. 19, 1652 Duffield Derby Pentrich, d. Mar 5, 1732 m. Mar 5, 1677 Ellin Annable/Annible/Anable/Anible b. 1656 Belper Laund, d. Oct 19, 1720 Pentrich (both buried Pentrich Derby)
Note: Ellen Annable’s father William: WILL 1699 Derbyshire Records Office: William Anable of Belper m. Mary Sterling of Denbigh 1655. Ellen’s mother: Hannah (William was her 2nd husband). William Annable owned copyhold and freehold of farm in Heage. Farm was passed to Fletcher – Radford – Strutt.
