George Apple b. 29 jul, 1826, Lancaster county, Pa. married Susan Shirk, in Ohio

Looking for information on George Apple's parents - The other person who posted for this information cannot be reached. He moved to Stark county at the age of 23, married Susan Shirk, also born in Lancaster county, but they were married in Stark county, Ohio in 1849, and moved to Elkhart county, Indiana in 1854. I have his obituary and his wifes obituary but no additional information is given. They had six children, and a Minnie Smith they took in. Minnie goes by the name Apple but her marriage to D. W. Singer listes her name as Minnie Smith. The Apple's are my second great grandparents. I have a picture of both of them sitting on their land. I am also looking for information on a possible relative a Peter Apple born in Manheim, Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, 28 July 1845. Peter married a sister (Lydia) to Susan Shirk.
