Sandra - I am interested in your posting and the followup which reported Mary Ann Apple living in the Smith household. My husband is a descendant of George Boon and Elizabeth Apple. If I remember right, Harriet Apple married Joseph Smith. A few of the children of George and Elizabeth married Smith siblings. I haven't yet been able to uncover the origins of George Boon's parents, but, it appears he was a blacksmith, and married Elizabeth Apple around 1836-1837. I would love to know the information you might have on the origins of Jacob Apple and his wife Mary Ann. I have been searching for a marriage record for George Boon and his wife Elizabeth (whom we believe is the daughter of Jacob Apple and is wife Mary Ann.
