Still looking for Samuel L Smith & Mary G. (Dean) Smith

Looking for ancestors from South Carolina and I don't have much info. Samuel and Mary were born in the early 1800's, left South Carolina, lived in Alabama for a while where four of their children, Nancy, William, Elbert and ?? were born, then moved permanently to Bradley County, Arkansas.
Samuel died there May 1877. They were my gggrandparents.
Three other sons were born in Arkansas. One of their sons,
Elbert S. Married Eudora Ellen MC CAULEY of Marsden, Bradley County, AR.
