I am searching for information on James Ray b.1806 NC. and Mary A. Ward b.1820 Ga. They are found in the 1860 census for Bradley Co. Ark. Listed with them is their daughter Joseaphine b.1856 Ark. James is listed as 54 yrs. of age and Mary is listed as 40 yrs. of age. This was Mary's second marriage, her maiden name is unknown, she was first married to William Ward found the 1850 Bradley Co. census with 5 sons, Franklin b. Ala., James b. Ark., William b. Ark., John b. Ark., & Hen(Henry)? b. Ark. Jmaes died sometime late in the year 1860. Around the same time as their son Monroe would have been born. Mary and her two youngest children are found living with her son James Ward in 1870 at Redland Twp. Any information about this family will be greatly appreciated.
