Fred W. Simmons, Cleveland & Bradley Counties

I am interested in finding any info available about my grandfather, Fred W. Simmons, and his family. Fred W. Simmons was born on October 28, 1873, died on June 13, 1962, and was buried in Moseley Cemetary in Bradley County.
He was married to Margaret Jane Norman.

I do not know the names of his parents or siblings. His parents came to Cleveland County from Georgia. I have been told that his mother's last name was Payne (but do not know if this is the spelling of Payne).

Any info would be greatly appreciated especially about his parents and siblings.
