You probably know he was the son of James Franklin Billberry & Letha A. Brumley. They are on the 1880 census in Morehouse Parish, LA. J.F. died before 1890 because Letha married Andrew J. Barrett Jun 2, 1890. They had one son Peter Collins Barrett. Your Willie F. married in Calhoun Co. Jun 6, 1904. I do Barretts but haven't worked on Billberrys.
