I am pretty darn sure Henry was a a son of John and Rebecca. Last year I spent considerable time working on this line. Only this year have I come to the conclusion that Rebecca was a Quillen. Why did they go with George and Mary Davis? Well, John and Rebecca had lost their other two children by that time and they were getting up in years.
I have documentation to prove 98% that my ancestor is their son. Never a Bible though.
Where do you live? I ask because I am about an hour and twenty minutes from Boone Co. and have visited the Courthouse and Old Union Cemetery which is not easy to find!
