Ruth, I would assume those records would be in Lake Village, Chicot Co.

(I was wrong about location of New Hope cemetery. Was looking in wrong direction. Will need to look on my way to work Monday, as it sounds like you are describing Hwy 4/278 between McGehee & Monticello.)
