Help please:
My G-Grandmother is Martha E.L. Childers. She was born in 1853 in Arkadelphia, Clark County, Arkansas. Her mother's first name is Nancy. Her fathers last name is Childers (don't have first name) and he apparently died from wounds or illness from the Mex-Amer War. He died around 1853-54.
Martha married a Stephen P Moore in Clark County in 1875.
Do you have any information at all as to who Martha's fathers first name was, and if so, more details as to when and where he died?
