Hello. I am the great grandchild of Ella Cope Adams whose parents were Willis Jackson Cope, a Kentucky native, and his second wife, Sarah Francis, who was called Fannie I believe. If you are related to these people, I would like to hear from you. I recently found some old tin types (that I had misplaced for a long time) that are 100 plus years old that I will gladly forward you a copy of over the internet, if you will write me at MissLata@aol.com. There is a photo of Willis Jackson Cope and three of his sons, Tom, Mart, and Jack. There is also a second one of he and his wife. All of these had to be made around 1880 or about.
They arrived in the area of what became Cleveland County around 1860.
