I am researching my GGGgrandfather Levi Myers who is listed on the 1870 census in Prairie Township of Franklin County. (His name is actually spelled Miers on the census report.) By the 1880 census his widow Mary/Polly is listed in Richland Township of Crawford County. (This time the name is spelled Mayers.) I do not find Levi's name in the index of cemeteries north of the Arkansas in Franklin County or in any of the cemetery indexes for Crawford County. I am wondering if there might be a will or letter of administration in Crawford County. Levi was born May 15, 1812 in North Carolina. In addition to wife Mary/Polly Levi may have been survived by children David C. Myers (wife Ruth), Martha Myers, Eli P. Myers (wife Annie), Rebecca Myers, Daniel Myers, Mary E. Myers, and Matilda Alice Myers. Eli and his wife Annie are buried in the Oak Bower Cemetery in Crawford County.
Any information would be appreciated.
