Charles H. ( C. H.) Fowler lived in the Riverside Addition of Van Buren. He was born in Illinois in 1872. He registered for the WWI draft in 1918 in Tampico, Mexico and gave Van Buren, Ar as his home address in the U. S. He was working there for the Pierce Oil Corp. He may have married in Arkansas before leaving the states although I have not found any marriage record anywhere. His full name was Charles Hiram Fowler. His father was Joseph H. Fowler. Would appreciate any information of Charles or Joseph Fowler in Crawford Co. or any type information.
