Looking for father of William Harry Killgore /Van Buren

I am researching the Killgore family in Crawford County. My husband's greatgrandmother was Dorcus Killgore Titsworth. She had a brother named Maryman Payne Killgore who married Mary Isabel Miller. I don't think they had children of their own. But there is a Willaim Harry Killgore b. 1875 d. 1940 married to Ida. They also had a son named M. P. Killgore b. 28 Dec 1908 d. 9 Jun 2003. Are these families kin?
