The cemetery record listed her name as Sevilla K. Clark. Her maiden name has been reported as Talley, and as Conley. e.g. As your census data shows. Her cemetery listing gives her birth and death - i.e. born 1858. Sarelda Conley, daughter of Barnet Conley is commonly reported as born 25 Mar 1853. Indeed, by one account Sarelda Conley b 26 Mar 1852 - d 1926, married Jacob Vaught. It appears that the records of two different Sareldas have been mixed.
One researcher suggests "There are two possibilites for Sarelda on the 1870 census: Sarilda Conley, 17, born Ark; father B C Conely 45, born Ala and Sarelada Brada, 16, born Ark; father James Brada 46, born Tn." However, neither were born about 1858.
