Berry DNA tests relate AR, KY, MO and Irish Barry/Berry family lines

Recently, DNA testing has connected the family line of John Berry and Mary Grimes (resided Clark Co 1809-1820) to Berry family lines in Madison County, KY., County Limerick, Ireland, and Missouri counties of Platte, Clay, Clinton, Morgan, Boone, and Saline.

The Madison county lines are:
*John Berry and Elizabeth Harris (resided Madison 1795 to 1808) - moved to Boone then Saline counties in MO
*Garrett Berry and Mary [?] (resided Madison 1789 to 1830) - descendants found in Morgan, Platte counties of MO
*John Barry (resided County Limerick, Ireland, about 1790-1850) descendants moved to IL

Based on conventional genealogical research, my theory is that other Madison County Berry lines are related to those mentioned above. The other lines include:
*Peter H Berry and Elizabeth Ashbrook moved from KY to Crittenden County, AR., in about 1835
*James Berry and Sarah Grubbs (resided Madison 1790 to present) - descendants in Clay and Buchanan, MO
*James Berry and Margaret [?] (resided Madison 1790-1840) - descendats in Platte, Clay, and Buchanan, MO
*William Berry and Rhody Crews/Moman (resided Madison 1800-1840) - descendants in Boone Co., MO.
*James H. Berry and Kitty Elder moved from Madison County KY., to Clay, then Platte counties of MO in about 1830.
Levi Berry and Kitty Fluty (resided in Madison or Estill counties of KY 1800-1870)
