THOMAS MILTON COOK married ELNORA (NORA) WAGGONER in Franklin County AR. In the 1900 census, he was living w/parents in Union County, TN. In the 1910 census, he is married and living in Prairie Township, Franklin County AR. The census records them as being married for 3 years.
Would someone check for a marriage in 1907 Franklin County? Thank you.
