I recently obtained a photo of a young girl, who is identified as "Friend, Maycel FOSTER.
The woman who had them all of these years, was born and grew up in Oklahoma. (Except it appears that in the 1910 census the she lived in Wittich Township in Franklin County, Arkansas & was 8 years old at the time the census was taken.) I did some research on the FOSTER girl and wasn't able to locate a Maycel. Since I didn't know her parents names, this is all I can offer for information. According to the daughter of the woman who had these, her mother lived in Watonga, Blaine Co. OK, Eagle City, OK and Oklahoma City. Maycel could have been in any of these locations. I checked Arkansas and couldn't find her there either, but this is a possible location too.
