A 1860 Tennessee Census,

listed:

Name:/Age:

Elizabeth-7 b. 1853
Sarah-6 b. 1854
Henry-5 b 1855
Dack-3m. 1860
Jesse Lee “J. Lee, b. 1861

My grandfather, Jesse Lee (J. Lee) Evans wasn't born until 1861. We think this Census could be his parents & siblings & is the only information we have regarding them. We have nothing on my grandmother, Francis Ann (Fannie) Allen's parents and/or siblings.

My dad, Henry Barefield Evans, mentioned his grandfather, William (J.?) died after war about 1865. & that he had uncles Henry, Doc (Dack ?) & Aunts Betty (Elizabeth ?), Nannie (Nancy ?) & Sallie (Sarah ?).

If anyone has any information, please let me know.
Thanks,
Kay Leslie
