Virginia Kelley, b. abt. 1922, 1923, or 1924. in Garland County, Arkansas. Possibly Mt. Valley Township.
Parents were Noah Kelley and Millie Neighbors-Kelley of Mt. Valley Township.
Virginia was raised in Good Shephard Home, (Malvern, Garland County,)after her Mother Millie died Dec. 24, 1926.
Virginia has one brother, (my father, ) Noel L. Kelley, b. Jan. 16, 1926. (Still living).
Virginia married a "Chipley".
