Hi, Liz...good to see you are still working on your lines. You may already have this, but I will send it anyway:

1900 Galley Rock TWP, Yell Co, AR

Frank Handlin 48 b. May 1852 UNK UNK UNK
Eliza Handlin 24 b. Sep 1875 AL AL AL 4 ch born/1 living
shows md. 4 years (ca 1896)

Children as they are shown: Martha R 8 b. Oct 1891 AR UNK UNK; David D 2 b. Oct 1899 AR AL UNK; James 13 b. Mar 1887 AR UNK UNK; Patrick 10 b. Feb 1890 AR UNK UNK.

It would appear that only David is the child of Frank and Eliza. My guess is that Martha, James and Patrick are siblings, children of Frank and another wife.

On the 1880 census White Oak TWP, Franklin Co, AR you will find a Frank Handlin 27 AR MO AL with a wife named Mary 22 AR AR AR. The age would be consistent with the 1900 census.

Do you have additional information on Patrick and James? If you want it, I jotted down the things I could find.

Reply direct to me if you wish....
