Does anyone know the family connection of this SEVIER family I located living near my BLACKWOOD, KESTERSON families?

1900 Census Muddy Fork Twsp., Howard Co., AR
Sevier, John W. R. (or poss P) MW born 8/1860 AR, father TN, mother GA
" " Lillie, M., wife, FW born 3/1868 AL, both parents AL
" " Mattie L., dau. FW born 9/1888 AR
" " Maudie E. (poss spelling?) dau. FW born 6/1890 AR
" " James R., son born 10/1892 AR
" " Hugh L.,son born 12/1895 TX
" " Arbrey T., dau., born 4/1898 TX

This family is living next door to a BLACKWOOD female widow, that I can't place into my BLACKWOOD line. They are living near many of the BLACKWOOD and connecting families.

My BLACKWOOD/ROBERTSON line married into the SEVIER line in Washington Co., TN.
