hey there. I've been meaning to get in touch with you. And you won't believe this, but I came on to this site to ask the same question you did!!
I spent most of the last year looking for Young family stuff. Have been doing a little Hale family research lately. Having lots of problems. Howard County doesn't have death records and the state doesn't have anything before 1914. I did track my Shaldrack L. and Sarah Hale to Oklahoma. Pike county courthouse burned down around 1875 so all their records were lost from before then. E-mailed Pittsburg county genealogical society in Oklahoma for deaths of Shadrack and Sarah. Hope they reply. Also wrote to Washington county Tenn for search for marriage of George C. Hale and Margaret. Lots of ifs and maybes but nothing concrete except for the census records I have gotten. Don't have all of the Hales in Arkansas--there are so many! If you need me to look thru what I have for someone let me know. My subscription expired before I could look for everything I needed. Too expensive to get again for a while.
