Thank you for answering, I'll certainly check to see
if there was a Thomas Long? I really don't have to
much history on the family, other than I do know that
there was James Long. He is my ggggrandfather's son.
He was in Izard Co.,back in 1862, that is the year he
died in Izard Co. His wife's name was Sarah "?" Long.
They had 7 children: Hannah, George, Rebecca, Joseph,
Ruth, Amanda, and Louisa Long. I know that George, their
son died about in 1861 in Izard Co., Arkansas. Does any
of this sound familiar w/you? I'll post later about
Thomas. Thanks..........
