Could someone please help me look up some infomation.

I am trying to find out who had Guardianship of Marjorie Ann Parker and her sister Denetris Parker in 1945

I have the case number it is 291 and the date was 6/23/45
There mother was Ora Ethel Parker and Father was S.G. Parker.

Father passed in 8/25/1942 leaving mother with two childern one 6 and 10 Guardianship was given up in 1945 three years later.

I need to find out who had Guardianship and why. Do not know if it was because of father passing or mother's illness. I need to know who they were living with at the time.
