Dr. O'Bannon? late 1840s

Online references to a Doctor O'Bannon who, from census data, appears to have died before the 1850 census.

In 1850, the census shows this household (p 50, line 26):
Levia O'Bannon, agr 45, born NY, land worth $240
Lucinda Mann, age 12, b AR, land worth $360

There is a somewhat cryptic reference to some sort of bond in the probate records as to Mrs. O'Bannon, widow of Dr. O'Bannon of Jackson Co. There is a bond date of 8 May 1851, then another date of 8 May 1852, with the name Andrew J. Lankford. Further reference made to daughters sent to Lawrence Co., AR. The online info does not indicate the type of bond, or who was posting it. Was it the estate of Dr. or Mrs. O'Bannon?

Any local history on this family?
