I don't know where to start,so any help will be appreciated. There were 2 children in the Dewdrop area,Pine Bluff Arkansas that drowned October 5, 1931 in what I think may have been a farm pond. This was a 3 year old boy & older sister. I don't now their names or where they are buried. I thought maybe someone may have some leads to get me started. Maybe old family stories, etc. Or where at the courthouse I could look.Thanks.
