I am looking for infomation on William (W) Daniel who was in the Jefferson County area from about 1830-1860, I understand there were two William Daniels in the County about that time. This William was an orphaned son of Wright Daniel of Pulaski. I think he married Elizabeth Palmer and may have died in the Civil War. Is he the William Daniel living in the household of Jospehp M Curren in the 1860 census, and is he the William indicted in the murder of James C Groce in 1842? Any information would be appreciated.
