I'm needing somebody local to Johnson Co., AR to look up some land records for me at the courthouse. The specific names I'm interested in are: James Wilkinson Smith, David Editon Smith, and Claiborn Smith. All of them homesteaded their land originally, but I would like to see if they purchased other land and also how the original land was disposed of after death or if some of their descendants still live on it. They lived in Coal Hill and points south, near the river, I believe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
