I am looking for information on Jas. Wegner (also found as Waggoner) of Lafayette County Arkansas who settled the estate of John B. Weems in that county 1868-1870. Jas.Wegner married one of the Weems/Weims/Wiems girls of Lafayette County. She was believed to be the daughter of John B. Weems. Bobbie
