Pat, It's been a long time since you posted your letter. I so hope that you found the grave. The reason I am contacting you is because I am the granddaughter of Dr. Hammond. His name was Dr. Paul Lee Hammond and he too is buried at Walnut Hill along with my father, William Thomas Hammond. Although I was born in Bradley at my grandfather's home I have never lived there. I do live in Arkansas, however and have always checked on their graves from time to time. It is a very nice cemetery and is well taken care of.

It is really a small world isn't it. This is the first time I have visited the Lafayette Co web site and just happened to see your letter. Again, I hope you have found the grave and everything was fine. Sincerely, Billie Hammond Flournoy
