ADAMS FAMILY - Lafayette Co.

I am looking for any information on the Adams family that lived in Lafayette Co. during the mid 1800's. Francis Wilburn Adams was born in that county in 1836, but no information on his parents. He married Laura M. Gleason in 1858. Francis (F. W.) served in the 24th AR Infantry during the Civil War. After the war, they moved to Texas. Any help with this family would be appreciated.
