I'm trying to find more information regarding my great grandparents on my father's side. I have my grandfather's birth certificate stating he, Louis Leroy Caffrey, was born in 1922 to Tomi (Tom, Thomas) Caffrey (b. 1876 Missouri) and Christine (Christiana) Martin (b. 1896 Illinois) in Hoxie, Lawrence County, Arkansas. My grandfather was adopted the same year he was born by Jesse and Lula Kendrick and I'm told that his birth parents died in a fire that year. I need info. regarding this. I also would like to know what happened to his siblings - George, Opal and Jackson (if my info. is correct). I'm also trying to find out Tom Caffrey's mother and father's names. I believe her name was Arabel, but again, I'm not certain and I'm having trouble finding more information. Any information regarding this would be very helpful!! Thanks in advance!
