Although I cannot give exact information on formation dates of the townships of Lee County, Arkansas, I can tell you that it was the northern townships of Phillips Co., AR, that became part of Lee Co., AR. St. Francis Township of Phillips Co., AR was not absorbed into Lee Co., AR, but several counties to the north of it were. I am sending you an outline map of the present day townships of Phillips Co., AR. Have you lost someone in that time period between 1860 and the formation of Lee Co., AR?
