I am trying to help a friend. Her grandfather was born 12-19-1909 in Lee co. Arkansas then later moved to Phillips county. He was named Mamoth (Eddy) Briscoe. According to his obit his mom was named Bettie. Mamoth and his first wife June Donahue(Dunehew) had a son who was born 11-1930. She is trying to find out abt the ancestors of Mamoth. Supposedly he was an Indian. And family stories mention a murder. If anyone finds any info please contact.
