Have you checked out his WWI Draft registration card? Instead of his wife, in 1918 he lists a Mrs. T. A. McMurry in Heber Springs, AR as next of kin. The 1920 census shows a Texas A. McMurry in the household of her son in law, Edward W. Ewing, with wife Blanche in Heber Springs, AR. You haven't said what you have or what you need on this family.
