Have you gotten a death certificate on her?
I have looked for her on the 1880 and looked for any possible matches, but do not see anything. I do find Tabitha with James Hankins in 1880, find her parents (no Tab) in 1870 next door to James Hankins and find the Cox family in Scott Co VA. 1860. I do not see any variaton of the Schultz name in Jackson Co. There is a 5 yr old Emma Green in 1880 Jackson Co, but none younger.
There is a George Hanson b Ger, wife b Georgia with a dtr Lucy E. b Nov 1879. Also in the Hankins HH, John Cox and Manerva Hankins Cox have a dtr 7mos old. The census was taken in June 1880 so that would have made her birth Nov-Dec 1879.
Your best bet is to see if there is a death certificate on her and order it keeping your fingers crossed the parents names are listed. I see one for a Emma Gre... Sharp in Polk Co died Sep 15 1946. It has her birth yr as 1879.
