Hello all! I am looking for any and all information on the following GRAVES family living in Roseville Township, Logan County in 1910: GRAVES, NANCY J.: head, white female, 54, widowed, birthed 13 children, 8 living children, born IL, father born KY, mother born KY., working as a farm laborer, "working ?" GRAVES, "RILEY HARRISON": son, white male, 14, born MO, farm laborer, "working ?" GRAVES, ETHEL LEE: daughter, white female, 14, born MO GRAVES, ERNEST M.: son, white male, 12, born MO GRAVES, HUGH A: son, white male, 9, born AR GRAVES, MYRTLE: son, white male, 4, born AR This is my grandmother Nancy Jane TANNER GRAVES. "Riley Harrison" should be Raleigh Harrison GRAVES, my father. After years of searching and wondering, Nancy and children were found living in Logan County, miles and miles away from where they were living in 1917 in Tuckerman, AR. I have no clue as to why they are in Logan County, and didn't recognize any familiar names on the other pages for Roseville Township. Does anyone know where Roseville Township was located at exactly in 1910? and if there were any wagon trains that might have traveled to Logan County from IL or MO the years before that? I will admit I know nothing of the history of Logan county at all. I am also looking for information on Gilbert GRAVES, Nancy's husband. The census said she is widowed in 1910, which means Gilbert died between 1906 (the birth of the youngest son) and April 1910 when the census was taken. Any information that might be found on him also is appreciated. Also, any information on Morton/Henry PERRY and Clementine/Clemmie GRAVES PERRY. I don't know if they may have been in the area or not. Thank you in advance for any help someone might be able to give me on this family. Bonnie Graves bgraves34@texoma.net Notify Administrator about this message?
