Thank you so much for your response to my query.
The surname Moore does not ring a bell with me......but I will send your reply to my sister who is a couple of years older. She may be able to jog my memory.
The best years of our lives were spent in the valley just to the north of Barber Ridge.
Whenever my family would get together after all us kids were grown, the best talk would be of our childhood in Arkansas.
Even with Mama and Daddy working hard to keep us fed and clothed, they were very happy there.
