John married Elizabeth STEVENS about 1839. Elizabeth was born in 1813/1814 in TN. She died after 1870.
They had the following children:
1. Celia COLBAUGH was born on 2 Jul 1840 in TN. She died after 1850.
2. Henry A COLBAUGH was born on 25 Dec 1841 in TN. He died after 20 Jun 1860.
3. William F COLBAUGH was born on 2 Jun 1843 in TN. He died after 20 Jun 1860.
*A William Colbaugh enlisted in the 2nd Arkansas Mounted Rifles (Confederate) December 22,1861 and died June 1862
4. Mary Jane COLBAUGH was born on 19 Sep 1845 in AR. She died after Feb 1865.
Mary married John L TAYLOR on 24 Feb 1865 in Centropolis Twnshp, Franklin Co, KS.
5. John Jesse COLBAUGH "J J" was born on 3 Mar 1847 in Bentonville, Benton Co, AR. He died on 15 Sep 1915 in San Angelo, Tom Green Co, TX and was buried in Fairmount Cem, San Angelo, Tom Green Co, TX.
