You asked about the parents of the four "Stites" children. The parents are listed at the bottom of page 7 of the original handwritten census, and the four children are at the top of page 8.
After looking at the original handwriting, I could not 100% say if the name is "Stites" or "Stiles". On Ancestry.com they have the name indexed as "Stelle".
Anyway, whatever the last name is, here is the information on the parents:
Len Stiles, age 34, MS
Martha, age 32, TN
Thomas, son, age 14, MS
Missouri, daughter, age 10, MS
Elvira, age 8, MS
William, age 6, MS
Martin, age 4, AR
Susan, age 2, MS
Mary, age 3/12, AR
